Vendors are responsible for their own Content and the accuracy of the information they provide. Alluneedja Marketplace does not endorse any Vendor or their products. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their transactions.

Customer Purchases

Customers agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay for all purchases made through the Service. Alluneedja Marketplace is not responsible for any disputes between Customers and Vendors regarding purchases.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Alluneedja Marketplace or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Content without our express written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alluneedja Marketplace, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jamaica.
